Starting as an intern in college and eventually earning a spot on the team, USA Sport Group gave me my first real experience working behind the scenes in the sports industry. Working alongside the marketing team, I helped develop promotional campaigns, coordinate seasonal initiatives, optimize workflow for other departments, and mentor incoming interns, guiding them with the skills I’ve gained at the company and throughout my career as a whole. The experience strengthened my communication, leadership, and creative problem-solving skills while showing me the value of collaboration in building a strong community around youth sports.
